Lisa's twin brother. He thinks he is a great sorcerer, though he still has much to learn. He was run out of the Academy of Magic because he was too mischievous. His magic frying pan was once his mother's.
He and Lisa are introduced differently on the anime and manga: on the anime he and Lisa were introduced to staging a prank involving pumpkins in the outskirts of Domina, but were halted by the Shiloh's intervention, while on the manga Bud and Lisa broke into Toto's house because they thought that it was abandoned. But both on the anime and the manga Bud and Lisa became Shiloh's and Toto's apprentices.
