The elderly debilitated Regent of Romdo City. He speaks by proxy through the voices of 4 Entourages in the form of stone statues (called, as a group, the Council, the Collective and the Administration Bureau) named after famous philosophers: Derrida, Lacan, Husserl and Berkeley. These AutoReivs appear as Michelangelo's statues from the Medici Chapel, two resting on either side of Donov's chamber. Donov is Re-l's grandfather.
