Commander of the Zhar Battalion, one of the Soviet’s top units. A full Russian who leads a battalion of child soldiers from regions subjugated by the Soviets, she has compassion for those from other regions forced to fight the BETA while Russians fled to Alaska. As a result her unit, which typically detest Russians, trust, respect and love her in return. As a veteran who lived through many battles, Fikatsia is a stern, military woman, but her unit looks up to her like a mother.

While her early past is unknown, Fikatsia was married to a Georgian husband that died, and has a son who was taken away for military service. The whereabouts of her child are unknown, but Yuuya and Ivanova remind her of him.
