Julia Silverstein is a doctor working with the Red Shield organization. Initially shown as the medical supervisor administering Saya's blood transfusions, it is later revealed that Julia is a highly skilled clinician who strives to support Red Shield with her research into chiropteran biology. While Julia primarily works with Lewis and David, she was brought to organization by Collins and as such, tends to remain loyal to his ambitions. Though she feels strongly for those around her, Julia approaches everything in life with clinical precision and thus finds it easier to deal with others analytically rather than emotionally.
