Kyouhukou is a Black Capsule Area Guardian on the second floor of the Great Tomb of Nazarick .
Kyouhukou's personality shows a touch of nobility, as his dress would suggest. He speaks politely and generally seems to think of himself as a noble knight or kind of King. He considers himself open-minded, as he was willing to listen to the person's circumstances, even if that means refusing his help later. At the same time, Kyouhukou is something reasonable for Nazarick residents like Hamsuke whom he helped when he was lost.
