A senior intelligence officer and the head of the Imperial Army Intelligence Division. He is one of the Ironbloods, a handpicked aide of Chancellor Giliath Osborne. He is specialized in negotiation, usually sent to negotiate with hostile powers against Erebonia far and wide. He is very serious and cold when it comes to his job as an Intelligence Officer, with the tendency to use every option that could turn things in his favor, no matter how unseemly they might be. Outside his work, he is known to be a very slack and carefree person, much to the dismay of his colleague and acquaintance. He acts as Osborne's secretary when not acting as the Head of Intelligence Division.
