She is part of the UN's communications personnel, a full-time operator of the XFJ Project. She is the last operator to join the XFJ Project, and is technically inexperienced but thanks to her active nature and frank disposition, she is able to make friends with anyone and that helps her familiarize members of the command post.
She had to flee Spain during the BETA's advancement in Eurasia when Spain was completely lost to the BETA.
