Misuzu Gundou is the tritagonist of Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko!. She is Tomo and Jun's childhood friend and classmate. She is cunning and sometimes sadistic, often teasing Jun. However, she is also protective of her friend and dislikes the idea of Tomo and Jun progressing their relationship.
Misuzu teases Jun and they briefly dated for 3 days, but broke up because she couldn't keep up with his wild adventures. She has stated that she hates him for breaking up with her before she could break up with him.
