Ruka Hanari

She's the Deuteragonist of Blue Reflection Ray.

Ruka used to be a quiet and distant girl who preferred to stay by herself most of the time, as she was too shy or afraid to try to interact with others or express her feelings without bothering them.

She transferred school after feeling guilty for being unable to help a former classmate who took her own life away, moving to Tsukinomiya High School, where she met Hiori Hirahara, her new roommate and actual close friend. She decided to open up to others more and help as best as she can, being Hiori the drive she needed to start anew.

Ruka greatly cares about all her friends, like Hiori who felt the most closest. She still has little trouble expressing herself correctly, learning to open up better the more she expend time with all of them.

As Hiori pointed often, Ruka is very perceptive of those around her, being able to notice when others are having troubles while they excluding themselves from everyone else.
