One of Isumi's Valkyries, assigned before Takeru, Akane and the others. Touko is soft-spoken, graceful, and very intelligent, often acting as a buffer between the strong personalities of Mitsuki leading the vanguard and Misae leading the rearguard.

She's also Munakata Misae's best friend, with the two being so close that people often gossip that the two are dating, which she has neither confirmed nor denied. Touko's hobby is music, and she loves playing the violin. Since Isumi is the daughter of two musicians, her and other members of the unit often ask her to play for them on nights off.

In Extra, Touko is a member of the student council at Hakuryo, where she met Misae, Michiru, and Masaki. She was born into a wealthy family but has made a point to get everything through her own means. Touko has been playing violin since she was a child, and as others recognize her skills, she intends to pursue it as a career. Unfortunately, here she struggles to put her emotion into her performances. After graduating Hakuryo, she moved in with Misae.
