A freelance character designer from Japan. From the 2000s to 2010s, Foo was a character designer for the American cartoon company Cartoon Network (CN). She mainly drew anime-adapted character designs based on original CN characters such as the Powerpuff Girls. Her designs were used in CN's original crossover MMORPG developed by GRIGON studios, Fusionfall.
