Mayuzuki Jun is a Japanese manga author and artist. Long aspiring to draw manga for a living, she never became a full-time employee anywhere before becoming a professional manga artist. Her 2007 oneshot debut, Sayonara Daisy, won third place in Shueisha's first Golden Tiara Award and was later included in an anthology under the same name. Her first serialization, Iromon!, ran briefly in Shogakukan's Monthly Big Comic Spirits from 2013 to 2014.

Mayuzuki is best known for creating Koi wa Ameagari no You ni, which received both anime and live-action film adaptations. The series won the 63rd Shogakukan Manga Award in the general category and was nominated for the 9th Manga Taisho Award. Since 2019, she has been working on Kowloon Generic Romance. The work again received nominations, for the 14th Manga Taisho Award as well as the 2020 Tsugi Manga Award (Print Category).
