Kenji Ootsuki is a Japanese rock musician and Seiun Award winning writer from Tokyo. His musical career began in the late 1970s to early 1980s. He is the vocalist of Kinniku Shoujo Tai, Tokusatsu, Underground Searchlie and Karate Bakabon.
