Introduction:
Kobukuro is a Japanese musical duo under record label Warner Music Japan (2001–), having previously been under MINOSUKE RECORDS (1999–2000), who have been active between September 1998 and August 2011, with a break between August 2011 and March 2012, resuming band activities from April 2012.

The name of the unit stems from the first four letters from each of the members' family name, where Kobu comes from Kobuchi, while Kuro comes from Kuroda.

- Shunsuke Kuroda (黒田俊介, くろだしゅんすけ) – vocalist, sometimes in-charge of lyrics and composition
- Kentarou Kobuchi (小渕健太郎, こぶちけんたろう) – guitarist, in-charge of lyrics and composition
