She is a translator and interpreter, specialising in literary and audiovisual translation from Japanese and English into Spanish and Catalan. She has a degree in Translation and Interpretation from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a Master in International Relations from the University of Osaka. She has also studied at the Kyoto University of Foreign Studies.
