Souki Matsumoto is a voice actor and actor, who is primarily known for voicing Tokio in "Rilakkuma and Kaori-san", as well as it's sequel series "Rilakkuma's Theme Park Adventure". Matsumoto is affiliated with the Himawari Theater Group and has also been on the radio and appeared on commercials on TV. He has hobbies that include hip-hop, jazz dance, singing, and ballet.
