In the Edo period, there were "oni" that used "bugs" to possess people and take their lives.
Momotaro, sent by the gods to defeat the oni, worked hard to exterminate them along with three companions. But one day, they were confronted by a powerful oni that threatened to annihilate them all. Momotaro went into a long hibernation in order to accumulate the strength to defeat the powerful oni, but he awoke only to find himself in the year 2022, reincarnated as a chick…!
